Today we repaired Samsung Galaxy Note 20ultra. It had a screen cracked due to impact from a fall. Upon examination, visible cracks were observed on the screen and it partially non-responsive. According to the customer, the damage occurred as a result of the device being dropped.
After disassembling the device and confirming that the internal components were undamaged, we proceeded with screen replacement. We carefully removing the damaged screen and installing a new one to restore full functionality.
Following the repair process, the device was tested to ensure the new screen was properly functioning. The customer confirmed the satisfactory condition of the device upon inspection.
